I am incredibly pleased with the ongoing development of the Nomin leadership
team. The turnover growth of Nomin Holding has been steady with an annual
increase of over 30% in the last three years. We are proud of our accomplish-
ments and we will undoubtedly surpass these benchmarks in the coming years
as there are still opportunities to explore many new markets in Mongolia.
Our corporate capabilities and success have brought unusual challenges along
